Confusion in Enugu State following reports that Fulani herdsmen have launched a fresh attack in Umuchigbo ( East Council Area of the State.) another community in the State.

According to some escaped Residence: “There is trouble between the Fulani herdsmen and indigenes of Umuchigbo.

“The trouble started this afternoon. The causality figure is not yet known.

“But school children have been asked to go home. It is not yet known if security men have arrived.”

Another source added that: the Fulanis mobilized to attack a school. Umuchigbo people mobilized and managed to chase them away; all is now calm
